Your monthly membership covers your prescribed medication and all provider visits — whether that's a telehealth follow-up, or a dose adjustment appointment. You won't receive a separate bill for visits or your treatment medication. The only additional cost is your quarterly lab work, which runs $199+ depending on the panel ordered.

Yes — the $129 new patient consultation includes your initial basic lab panel and your provider visit. There is no separate lab bill for your first appointment. After you start your membership, ongoing labs are ordered 3x a year. Any other labs are ordered separately is $100+ depending on which markers we're checking.

Month-to-month members can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Patients on 3-, 6-, or 12-month plans are committed for the duration of their term — if you cancel early, the remaining balance is due. At the end of your term, your plan automatically renews at the same rate unless you notify us otherwise. We'll always give you a heads-up before renewal.

We operate as a cash-pay practice for membership and consultation fees. However, lab work may be covered in part by your insurance — we'll provide documentation you can submit for reimbursement. Some HSA and FSA accounts also cover our services. We'll discuss your options during your consultation.

Lab costs vary by patient — the exact panel we order depends on your treatment, your progress, and what we're monitoring. We bundled your basic labs into your membership. However, a thorough comprehensive labs is essential to your treatment. We're transparent about what panel we're ordering and the expected cost before we draw anything.

Your membership begins once you sign up for the membership after your initial consultation. Once your labs are reviewed and your treatment plan is confirmed. You won't be billed for your monthly plan until you've had your consultation and agreed to start treatment. Your chosen plan length and billing cycle begins from your first membership payment date.
