THE HORMONES

Your body has been trying to tell you

Testosterone declines about 1% per year after 30. By 40–50, many men are operating at a significant deficit — and attributing it to stress, age, or just "life."

Fatigue & Low Energy

Dragging through the day, relying on caffeine, no motivation to do what you used to love. Not laziness — it's hormonal.

🔥

Low Libido

Declining interest in sex, erectile challenges, or reduced sensation. Testosterone is the primary driver of male sexual health — full stop.

🧠

Brain Fog

Difficulty concentrating, memory slips, slower thinking. Testosterone is neuroprotective — when it drops, so does cognitive sharpness.

😤

Irritability & Low Mood

Shorter fuse, less patience, mild depression or apathy that you can't explain. Testosterone directly regulates mood and emotional resilience.

🦴

Joint Pain & Recovery

Slower recovery after workouts, persistent joint achiness, reduced resilience. Testosterone supports tissue repair and inflammation control.

💪

Muscle Loss & Fat Gain

Despite training and eating right, you're losing muscle and gaining fat — especially around the midsection. Testosterone drives body composition.

😴

Poor Sleep

Waking through the night, difficulty staying asleep, never feeling rested. Low testosterone and sleep quality are tightly linked.

📉

Loss of Drive

The competitive fire, ambition, and confidence that used to come naturally have faded. This is one of the most underappreciated symptoms of low T.

OUR PROTOCOL

TRT done the right way

We match your therapy to your lifestyle. Every delivery method has advantages — we'll discuss what fits you best.

  • Your provider reviews every number in context of your symptoms, goals, and history. You'll understand exactly what's happening and why, before any prescription is written.

  • We read the full picture — not just total T.

  • Dosing, delivery method, injection frequency, and adjunct medications (AI, HCG if needed) are all chosen based on your labs and lifestyle — not a one-size-fits-all template.

  • Labs are repeated at 6–8 weeks. Dose is adjusted to dial in your optimal levels. Most patients feel meaningful improvement before this point.

  • Ongoing labs every 3 months ensure your levels stay optimal — not just "in range." Hematocrit, PSA, and liver markers are tracked throughout.

WHY CHOOSE US

COMMON QUESTIONS

TRT questions,
straight answers

  • Exogenous testosterone suppresses the body's own production of LH and FSH, which can reduce or eliminate sperm production. For men concerned about fertility, we can add HCG or enclomiphene to maintain testicular function. Some men bank sperm before starting. We discuss this thoroughly during your consultation.

  • +

Decades of research support the long-term safety of TRT when properly monitored. We track hematocrit (red blood cell levels), PSA (prostate), cardiovascular markers, and liver function quarterly. Risks are manageable and far outweighed by the health costs of untreated low testosterone for most men.

  • Energy and mood improvements are often noticeable within 2–4 weeks. Libido typically improves within 3–6 weeks. Body composition changes — muscle gain and fat loss — are most evident at 3–6 months. Cognitive improvements vary. We check labs at 6–8 weeks and optimize from there.

  • Injections are the most precise and cost-effective delivery method, but we also offer pills, gels and creams. We'll walk you through everything and most men find self-injection straightforward after the first time. We always train you fully before you leave.

  • "Normal" lab ranges are built from population averages — including unhealthy men. A testosterone of 350 ng/dL is technically "in range" but is very low for a 40-year-old who wants to feel great. We optimize for how you feel and function, not just what fits in a reference range box.
